Our Story: Innovation Meets Inclusion
Incluvate, a brand of Abled Fitness Foundation, was founded by Nishanth Kumar Baddam, a person with disability who brings over 18 years of corporate experience and a strong commitment to social change.
Incluvate was built on a simple belief: dignity is not optional — it’s foundational. What began as a small initiative grew from a shared frustration: talented individuals with disabilities searching for real opportunities, and employers wanting to be inclusive but unsure how. We saw this gap, and we chose to bridge it.
At Incluvate, we are working to build a barrier-free society by creating employment opportunities, offering training programs, and promoting independent living. We provide a safe space where disability is understood as part of human diversity, not a limitation. Through jobs, education, resources, and advocacy, we connect people to real opportunities while also challenging stigma through dialogue, storytelling, and global learning.
